By accessing and using FarmGrid's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

FarmGrid provides carbon-aware orchestration services for farm energy, irrigation, and storage systems. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our cloud services. In the event of service disruption, your edge devices will continue basic autonomous operation. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Limitations of Liability

FarmGrid provides optimization recommendations and automated control. We are not liable for agricultural outcomes, equipment failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, documentation, and content provided by FarmGrid are our intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services. Your operational data remains your property.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, you will receive an export of your data.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
